Design

The 890C Bolero uses a phase inverter design, with a 25 cm cone passive radiator named "Phase Inverter" to extend low-frequency performance. The system mounts a 25 cm cone type woofer (406-8C) with free suspension for bass reproduction and a horn type tweeter (3000H) for high frequencies. The crossover network, labeled N-3000E, is integrated into the system. A lattice grill was added as part of the design update from the earlier 890B model.
